To start you return, please email hello@ollu-shop.com for instructions. Frames must be unworn and shipped back with original packaging to be accepted.

All Ollu eyewear come with a one year manufacturer warranty, valid from the original date of purchase. While we have multiple quality control checks before the frames are shipped to you, if you do find a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace your frames if they are in stock.

The warranty covers:

• Manufacture defects in the hinges, core wire or frames

The warrant does not cover:

• Lost or theft
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches from improper use or negligence
• Intentional damage

Yes. All our lenses provide full UVA + UVB protection.

Our lenses are certified UV400, which means they provide nearly 100% protection from harmful ultraviolet light rays, blocking wavelengths up to 400 nanometers, including UVA and UVB rays. On top of that, we’ve added an extra anti-reflection coating to all of our sunglasses.

Most people are aware of the harm that UV rays can cause to their skin, but your eyes are ten times more sensitive to UV rays than your skin.

All of our glasses have also passed the set standards for UV protected lens in America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

All our frames (sun & optical) can be made into prescription lenses at your local Optometrist.

Our optical frames come with a bio-based dummy lenses which can easily be switched out for prescription lenses at your nearest optometrist.

Properly storing your frames is the best way to ensure they last for years and years to come.

To avoid scratches make sure you always store them in the hard case or pouch. Always store your sunnies in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or heat, as it can distort the acetate. For the best care, we recommend purchasing our cleaning kit and regularly using the lens spray to clean your lenses.

Bio-Acetate is a totally natural, renewable, and 100% recyclable material made without using any of the harmful fossil fuels, oils, BPA or chemical plasticizers found in conventional acetate or plastic, replacing harmful Diethyl Phthalate—derived from petroleum—with an organic plant-
based alternative.

Made from responsibly-harvested wood pulp fibers with organic pigments and dyes, this eco-friendly Bio-Acetate is much better for our ecosystem and the environment.

Our bio-acetate is manufactured ethically in Italy (under the European Union's strict REACH chemical guidelines) by the prestigious Italian company Mazzucchelli 1849.
